The AI app approval page lets you review an app’s request before granting access to X-Buddy.

## What it's for {#what-its-for}

Approve only an app you intend to use. Its access follows your role in the selected workspace.

## What you see {#what-you-see}

- The page identifies the app, signed-in person, workspace, and role permissions.
- Controls let you choose message-content access and when commands may run.

## What you can do {#what-you-can-do}

- Select a workspace and review the permissions.
- Set **Allow reading message content** and choose the run-hours option.
- Choose **Allow** to approve or **Cancel** to decline.

## States and messages {#states-and-messages}

- A missing or expired request cannot be approved; return to the AI app to start again.
- If a previous connection was revoked, the page explains how to reconnect.
- Approving again does not grant extra role permissions or automatically resume a paused connection.
