Set workspace-wide defaults for action limits, run hours, breaks, and warm-up behavior.

## What it's for {#what-its-for}

These defaults apply across the workspace without overwriting each X account’s own settings.

## What you see {#what-you-see}

- The editor shows inherited values alongside workspace overrides.
- Settings include action-group limits, the run window, breaks, and a weekly rest day.

## What you can do {#what-you-can-do}

- Owners and Managers can edit and save workspace overrides.
- Remove workspace-wide overrides to return to inherited defaults.
- Use X account settings for exceptions that should not affect the whole workspace.

## States and messages {#states-and-messages}

- Other roles can read but not edit these defaults.
- Editing is unavailable while the workspace is being deleted.
- Saving may report that pending jobs will be rechecked against the updated limits.
