## What it's for {#what-its-for}

Work through mentions, replies, unanswered messages, contact posts and keyword matches in one place.

## What you see {#what-you-see}

- Four expandable groups with counts: mentions and replies, messages, nurtured contacts and keyword posts.
- An X account filter and item details showing who posted and which account received the item.

## What you can do {#what-you-can-do}

- Filter to one X account or review all accounts.
- Expand a group and use **Open on X** when available.
- With action permissions, queue a like, mark an item done or choose **Snooze**.
- Viewers can read items but cannot use the work actions.

## States and messages {#states-and-messages}

- Empty groups explain what is missing or which automation to enable.
- An empty filtered view can be cleared to see all accounts.
- A queued like waits for the VPS to process it; queuing is not confirmation of completion on X.
- Loading failures offer a retry; larger groups may show only part of the total until you handle items.
