Manage the Windows VPS machines that run your own X accounts through the X-Buddy agent.

## What it's for {#what-its-for}

Pair a machine with the workspace and monitor whether it is connected and has resources available.

## What you see {#what-you-see}

- A machine list with connection state, resource usage, account count, agent version and last check-in.
- Filters for all machines, connected machines and disconnected machines.
- Machine details when you open a row.

## What you can do {#what-you-can-do}

- Open a machine to inspect its status and resource information.
- Owners and Managers can choose **Add VPS**, enter a display name and choose **Generate pairing code**.
- Follow the pairing instructions shown in the dialog on your Windows VPS. Use the VPS guide for the full setup.

## States and messages {#states-and-messages}

- **No VPS yet** appears before you add a machine.
- Pairing shows a waiting state until the machine checks in, then confirms it is paired.
- An expired pairing request needs a newly generated code.
- Disconnection, required updates and revoked access are distinct states; read the machine details before troubleshooting.
- Operators and Viewers can inspect the list but cannot manage infrastructure.
