Browse reusable task collections and apply them to selected X accounts.
What it's for
A playbook helps you set up recurring work without rebuilding each task for every X account.
What you see
- Built-in templates and workspace playbooks appear separately.
- Cards show the tasks in each playbook.
What you can do
Owners, Managers and Operators can create, edit and apply playbooks; Viewers can only inspect them.
- Choose Copy to edit to adapt a built-in template.
- Choose Create playbook to build your own.
- Select X accounts, preview the application, then confirm it and inspect the receipt.
States and messages
- A preview does not change any X account. Refresh an expired preview before applying.
- Growth tasks are added disabled.
- Editing or deleting a playbook does not rewrite tasks already copied to X accounts.
